The 2023 Summer Regional Governor’s School application is now closed. Students will be notified via email by Friday, April 21st of their status (accepted or waitlisted). Students will also be notified if additional paperwork is needed. Thank you for your interest.
Summer Regional Governor’s School is open to rising sophomores, juniors, and seniors in the counties of Lee, Scott, Wise, and Dickenson, and the City of Norton, who have a 3.0 GPA or higher. Students attending Governor’s School will earn 6 college credits at no cost. Seats are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Interested applicants should fill out the preliminary application (click on the blue button above). The online application will open on March 13th and close on April 16th.
